About us

 

洪師父は台湾1店舗のみです。5つの台湾牛肉麺コンテストで優勝したチャンピオンのお店で、幾度も国内外の料理コンテストで受賞しました。熱意、革新、厳選食材を経営理念とし、台湾牛肉麺の伝統であるスープのコク、肉の大きさ、麺のコシを維持しています。また、単に牛肉と麺を組み合わせるのではなく、新しい商品と味も開発し続け、牛肉の部位を選んで様々なスープと組み合わせ、醤油、塩味、激辛、牛肉3部位を使う三宝、牛スジと牛肉、5種の野菜等、多様な味の牛肉麺を練り出しました。
洪師父は、よく政府機関の招待に応じ、国内外のグルメイベント、記者会見、国内外メディアのインタビュー、見本市等に参加します。台湾の牛肉麺と言えば、必ず洪師父牛肉麺の紹介を目にします。

 

홍사부는 타이완에서 유일하게 소고기 국수 대회에서 5번의 우승을 차지하고 국내외 요리대회에서도 많은 상을 타기도 했다. 열정, 혁신, 재료 엄선을 경영철학으로 삼는다. 타이완 소고기 국수는 진한 국물, 두툼한 고기, 쫄깃한 면발이 특징이며, 끊임없이 새로운 상품과 새로운 맛을 개발한다. 다른 부위의 소고기와 다양한 국물을 매치한 홍샤오, 칭뚠, 싼바오, 힘줄 반 살코기 반, 오색 채소 등 다양한 종류의 소고기 국수를 만든다. 홍사부는 국내외 음식행사, 기자회견, 국내외 뉴스 인터뷰, 전시회 등 정부부처 초청에 참여한다. 타이완 소고기 국수하면 항상 홍사부 소고기 국수가 빠짐없이 소개된다.

Chef Hung has got more than 5 times beef noodle festival championships since 2007 and has won various beef cuisine awards in different contests globally.

 

Chef Hung continues to specialize in culinary industry. After 25 years of accumulation and hardening, he has developed a variety of exclusive noodles and special techniques, as well as beef peripheral products, frozen preparation packs, beef jerky, and chili sauce.

Chef Hung builds our own central kitchen. The products are produced in a large scale, cooperated with high-quality ingredient suppliers, and using professional equipment and technology to standardize the cooking process and ensure the consistency of meal quality.

從1995年創立洪師父名號至今,洪師父一直致力於牛肉麵的製作、開發與創新,秉持著要做最好吃牛肉麵的精神。

 

 

洪師父從2007開始至今創下超過5個牛肉麵節冠軍的佳績,並多次摘下各項牛肉料理獎項的殊榮。

 

 

洪師父不斷專研廚藝,歷經25年頭的累積與淬鍊,研發出各種獨家麵款及特製技術,並開發牛肉周邊商品,冷凍調理包、牛肉乾、朝天辣椒等。

 

 

洪師父以牛肉麵向世界各地的人們介紹台灣的美食,推廣台灣的觀光,宣揚台灣的美食文化,進軍美國、加拿大、中國大陸、香港等地區,讓世界用牛肉麵認識台灣。
