About us

Sharetea started its paces from a small tea vendor through back to the year of 1992 in Taiwan, a place with tea of origin. The name of the brand - “Sharetea”, means sharing good tastes of drinks, love, happiness, and health with all our customers.

Sharetea stepped out to the world in 2010 after rooting deeply 18 years in Taiwan. And soon started one of our most important market in the United States. So far, Sharetea has over 500 locations in 15 countries, 50 cities in the worldwide. By the end of 2019, we celebrated our 100+ stores in the United States.

 

During these past 29 years, with more and more competitors and challenge among eras, areas, and cultures, how did Sharetea last so long and overcome the difficulties? What specialties and attractive points that lead Sharetea to the new level of bubble tea?

 

These are characteristics makes Sharetea different from other brands and keep expanding worldwide.

1. Delicious/Raw materials

Sharetea pursues high quality of materials and SOP of making drinks. Customers can easily tell differences. Professional team of Research & Develop Department maintains quality, recipes, and flavor of drinks. All materials from Sharetea Taiwan HQ passes food inspection standard which includes FDA and other 15 countries’ strict food examination. We believe high quality and integrity is the best policy.

 

2. Innovation

  • Drinks: All Sharetea recipe/ Menus have differences between each country. We adjust the flavor and items according different local cultures and favorite of tastes to emerge locally.

 

  • Decoration: If you go to all stores in different countries, you may see different styles between each country. Our design team customizes the design of stores to create special atmosphere based on local cultures.

 

3. Protection Policy

During these years, Sharetea has built strong system and professional strategy through the markets. We set up stricter territory protection policy than others based on the market situation. Sharetea will look after it for our franchisees to keep all store stay competitive.

 

Market Policy

Bubble tea is originated from Asia which may need Asia based customers to support the business. However, Sharetea not only focuses on Asian people but also local people. Because we know focusing on local is the way to create long-term business. Currently, more and more local people have fall in love with Sharetea.

 

Support from HQ

  • Being as a professional in tea industry, completed strong system are created by HQ to support all franchise/master franchise in the word. It includes brand introduction, training, store design, permit apply assistance, marketing, inventory control, managing and back up.
  • On marketing, gratuitous designs materials can be provided if HQ consider it helps on store.
  • HQ will launch seasonal drinks not only to attract customers eyes but also to test the market.
  • Sharetea have new, trendy, creative team to support marketing in the area. For example, Instagram, Yelp, Facebook, Newsletter, etc.
